ZUO RETURN POLICY
• ZUO will accept return(s) of any UNOPENED PRODUCT, THAT IS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING with 30% RESTOCKING FEE within 30 days of the DELIVERY DATE for credit towards your account.
• All returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before the item can is shipped or returned to ZUO. Credit will not be issue on returns without RMA number.
• We DO NOT provide payment for RETURN SHIPPING except for defects or order processing irregularities- on a preapproved basis.
How to process a return
1. Please contact your account manager for RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Each request must include the original order number or purchase order, items needing returned, number of items and reason for return.
2. Make sure to include this RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER on return labels or on box.Credit will not be issue without RMA number on labels or box.
3. All items need to be returned in Zuo Modern’s original packaging, including all parts and hardware.
4. If the return is an exchange for damaged merchandise, notify Zuo Modern and we will confirm that we need the damaged item returned and then we will issue a UPS CALL TAG. Otherwise the customer/ retailer/ e-commerce site is responsible for all return shipping.
5. Once item is returned and inspected the RA will be processed and credit will be issued to the account within 7 business days from delivery of return. Each account will receive a credit memo for the Returned item(s).

PLEASE NOTE: All requests for returns must be by our customer/ retailer/ e-commerce site and not the END USER. All end users must contact the seller: retailer/ e-commerce site; that they originally ordered from if they wish to make a return. Please be aware that furniture is highly susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us.
