The customer is responsible for repackaging the merchandise in the original packaging and boxes and returning it freight prepaid and insured to Barstool & Beyond. You must obtain a return request authorization before shipping any returns from Barstool & Beyond. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, please call our office. You can cancel an order after it is placed within 24 hours or 1 business day if an order is placed on a weekend. Failure to cancel an order in the requested time frame can result in a restocking fee of 20% of the Purchase Order.

Yes. Unless labeled with the word “Stationary” or “With Memory Return,” all barstools come standard with a regular 360-degree swivel. However, you may wish to have a memory swivel instead of the normal swivel. A memory swivel is a swivel that returns to the same position every time you get up from sitting on the stool. Also, a stool with a memory swivel will only rotate 90 degrees to the right and 90 degrees to the left.
No. Rejecting the package means that it could take longer to replace the order. Even if the box is damaged upon arrival, accept it. Then, carefully inspect the stool after the carrier leaves. If there are any damages (such as scratches, dents, tears, etc.), call us, and we will arrange for replacement parts, or if necessary, we will replace the entire stool.
