Order Received: Your order has been sent to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will send an acknowledgment in 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email with your estimated ship date. 

Order being Prepared: Lead time 6-8 week.

Order Complete: You should receive an email with tracking information or a phone call with freight instructions. You can expect your order within seven days, depending on the location of your shipping address.

The customer is responsible for repackaging the merchandise in the original packaging and boxes and returning it freight prepaid and insured to Barstool & Beyond. You must obtain a return request authorization before shipping any returns from Barstool & Beyond. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, please call our office. Do not return any items to the manufacturer, as they will not refund your purchase. Please get in touch with us. 

You can cancel an order after it is placed within 24 hours or 1 business day if an order is placed on a weekend. Failure to cancel an order in the requested time frame can result in a restocking fee of 20% of the Purchase Order.

Due to the nature of the processes involved in the supply chain, manufacturing and shipping times vary depending on aspects such as the level of customization, the fabric chosen, and the height of the stool of your election. We will endeavor to deliver it to your front door as soon as possible and trace your order with our CRM and our highly trained customer service, which you can always contact.

Yes. Unless labeled with the word “Stationary” or “With Memory Return,” all barstools come standard with a regular 360-degree swivel. However, you may wish to have a memory swivel instead of the normal swivel. A memory swivel is a swivel that returns to the same position every time you get up from sitting on the stool. Also, a stool with a memory swivel will only rotate 90 degrees to the right and 90 degrees to the left.

No. Rejecting the package means that it could take longer to replace the order. Even if the box is damaged upon arrival, accept it. Then, carefully inspect the stool after the carrier leaves. If there are any damages (such as scratches, dents, tears, etc.), call us, and we will arrange for replacement parts, or if necessary, we will replace the entire stool. 

Assembly is very easy, with easy-to-read instructions in every stool package and all Amisco Stools have the .pdf instructions on the product pages. There are videos available in some cases. Moreover, if you have any questions while you are putting one together, feel free to give us a call, and we can guide you in the right direction, or we can send our assembler if you live within a 50-mile radius (charges apply) or you can quote directly via Task Rabbit Assembler™.
