Q: Do you offer delivery in the Boca Raton area, and how does it work?
A: Yes. We provide white-glove delivery throughout Boca Raton and South Florida, including Delray Beach, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. Our team delivers inside, places items per your instructions, and removes all packaging. Fees vary by distance and order size.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Showroom stock is intentionally limited. Custom orders are produced upon purchase. Standard lead time: 3–4 weeks from order confirmation, varying by fabric, customization scope, and stool height.
Q: How difficult is it to assemble a stool?
A: Assembly is straightforward. All stools include printed instructions; Amisco product pages also host PDF guides and video tutorials. For assistance, call us for guidance, request our assembler service (within 50-mile radius, fees apply), or book via TaskRabbit.
Q: What is your order cancellation policy?
A: All custom configurations and made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable once the order is placed.
Q: Do all barstools come with a swivel? What is a Memory Swivel?
A: Yes. Unless labeled "Stationary" or "With Memory Return," all barstools include a standard 360° swivel. A Memory Return swivel returns to its original position after use and rotates 90° left/right only.
Q: Should I reject delivery if boxes arrive damaged?
A: No. Accept the package even if damaged. Inspect contents after the carrier departs. If damage is found (scratches, dents, tears), contact us immediately for replacement parts or full stool replacement.
Q: What methods of payment are accepted?
A: We process payments via GoDaddyPayments™ SSL gateway. Accepted: ACH, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, and wire transfers. American Express is not accepted.
