Assembly is very easy, with easy-to-read instructions in every stool package and all Amisco Stools have the .pdf instructions on the product pages. There are videos available in some cases. Yes. Unless labeled with the word “Stationary” or “With Memory Return,” all barstools come standard with a regular 360-degree swivel. However, you may wish to have a memory swivel instead of the normal swivel. A memory swivel is a swivel that returns to the same position every time you get up from sitting on the stool. Also, a stool with a memory swivel will only rotate 90 degrees to the right and 90 degrees to the left.
No. Rejecting the package means that it could take longer to replace the order. Even if the box is damaged upon arrival, accept it. Then, carefully inspect the stool after the carrier leaves. If there are any damages (such as scratches, dents, tears, etc.), call us, and we will arrange for replacement parts, or if necessary, we will replace the entire stool.
